Background
I have often wondered over the years what the significance of the above verses are. Perhaps now it is revealed in what the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has done... I will try to explain this.
In Daniel 3 we see that King Nebuchadnezzar had set up some golden (brilliant) image (idol, image of a god) in a valley at a specific place called "Dura" in Babylon. He ordered a gathering of all the various federal and local leaders of his Kingdom to this place and put out an order that when they heard the music from all sorts of instruments, they were to fall down and worship this gold image that this King had set up. If they did not respond they would be thrown alive into a furnace. They did respond; well almost all of them.
Was there something about these instruments being played as commanded by King Nebuchadnezzar that actually caused almost all the various rulers of Babylon to fall down and worship this golden (brilliant) 6 cubits wide by 60 cubits high golden image, a precursor type of the anti-Christ? (see Revelation 13:11-16) The command to fall down and worship was repeated in the word several times specifying, "at that time" or similar, as seen in Daniel 3:5,7,10,15 when musical instruments were played. In verse 5 the command was given. In verse 7 the command was immediately followed by the people when the music played; except that three Jews failed to bow down at the sound "at the time"
In verse 8 this failure to respond was observed by the Chaldeans (wise men, occultist of Babylon), In verse 10 the accusers repeated to the King the command he had made, and then said in verse 12,
"12 There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up."
The King was enraged at this an had the three brought before them and decided to give them a chance to bow down and worship the image. But the King did not just tell them to do this. He said something that leads us to believe there was some sort of power in the sound of all of these instruments that would cause this worship to happen. The King again repeats the original command. It says in verses 14-16,
"14 Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up?
15 Now if ye be ready (prepared, skilled) that at what time ye hear (hear, obey) the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?
16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. 17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. 18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up."
Why would the King have to ask them if they are "ready", and why would he have to again play the music that they had to actually hear it and respond to it? There had to have been something in the sound that keyed all the others to fall, but did not effect these three. They gave an interesting bold response. They had no intention to fall and that If God decided, he would deliver them, but if not, they would still not serve the gods of Babylon, and worship the golden image of a god.
It would seem possible that they could not respond to the key of the sound of this music because they had not been groomed to respond to it like the others. What do I mean? Let's go back to Daniel 1 and see what was going on when Babylon had captured Judah and brought these and others into captivity. Daniel 1:2-6 says of the captivity of Judah by the Babylonians,
2 And the Lord gave Jehoiakim king of Judah into his hand, with part of the vessels of the house of God: which he carried into the land of Shinar to the house of his god; and he brought the vessels into the treasure house of his god.
3 And the king spake unto Ashpenaz the master of his eunuchs, that he should bring certain of the children of Israel, and of the king's seed, and of the princes;
4 Children in whom was no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and understanding science, and such as had ability in them to stand in the king's palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans.
5 And the king appointed (assigned) them a daily provision (speech, word, councel) of the king's meat, and of the wine which he drank: so nourishing (magnify, make great) them three years, that at the end thereof they might stand before the king.
6 Now among these were of the children of Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: 7 Unto whom the prince of the eunuchs gave names: for he gave unto Daniel the name of Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of Shadrach; and to Mishael, of Meshach; and to Azariah, of Abednego.
So this head "prince" change the names of these four from their names reflecting the true God, to that of reflecting, Nebo, the god of the Babylonians.
However, we see in the rest of the chapter that these three, as well as Daniel did not participate in the teachings and ways of the Chaldeans along with the other future leaders who went through this training, but remained in the ways they were taught of God while the rest of Judah was apostate before the captivity. It is kind of like going to college today and being taught the occultism and anti-God teachings through liberal professors but not actually engaging in it, and being excused from participating.
It says in Daniel 3:8
8 But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.
It is interesting that the terminology here used in verse 5. For three years they did not partake of the table of the King, nor his drink on a daily basis for this three year training time. Was there power in the food and wine? No, but there was in what they were teaching to the rest of these future leaders. Paul noted something along this same line when he warned that we cannot partake of the table of the Lord or the drink of the Lord, and the table and drink of demons. Paul told the Corinthians in 1 Corinthians 10:20-22
"20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. 21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.
22 Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?"
It is more likely that while the others of the youth of Babylon, the children of the King, the princes, all the future leaders, were groomed in the ways of Satan by eating at his table partaking in his methods, but by Divine intervention, the four young Jews did not participate in this training that was supposed to "nourish" or as it means, to "magnify" or "make great" these students. Today we would see this in the difference of the manner of training we or our children get either from the ways of God and partake in his communion, his bread (word, body), his drink (salvation through his blood), or the ways of the occult world that is being taught in replacement as has been pointed out in other articles and will be pointed out here.
It wasn't that meat and wine were the things that we are looking at here that showed the difference between these four Jews and the others. It was that they did not participate in involving themselves in the occult methods because one of the head teachers kept it from them, and allowed them to continue in the ways of God. The positive difference was noted as we see this in verses 19 and 20 where it says,
19 And the king communed with them; and among them all was found none like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: therefore stood they before the king. 20 And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm."
Meat and wine does not do this, but training in the ways of God does, and this separated the difference between God's ways, and Satan's through man. This same power difference was seen in the confrontations between Pharaoh's gods and the God of Moses, who destroyed the Egyptian gods and made the Egyptian wise men and sorcerers look foolish. Thus, not being trained in the ways of Satan, these three Jews were not effected by the sound of the music as were the others.
This same thing is going on today, not just with the NIH and the Kennedy Center, but even in the realm of Christian music via the Contemporary Christian Music performers we use for "worship music" and in the visualization being taught both in the church and in the world through things given scientific names such as "Mindfulness", or in the Christian realm, Contemplative Meditation, Fire Tunnels, or Soaking, and many others.
The "Arts": Doctrines Of The Chaldeans Are Still Around
I have known for a long time that "the Arts" were part of the New Age system of the occult that will have a profound effect on bringing about a "One World" and the realm of accepting the anti-Christ when he comes on the scene. I have also known that the U.S. Department Of Health has integrated "the Arts" by incorporating the National Endowment For The Arts into the agency for the purpose of using the Arts as a method of healing. I wrote about this interesting partnership and what it's purpose is in the article "The New Age Movement". In stories of Apollo and his brother Hermes, Hermes, "charmed" Apollo with a lyre he had made and then gave it to Apollo as a gift. I find it interesting that the Sun god (a bright -brilliant symbol), Apollo, god of healing and music, is also the leader of the nine Muses (goddesses of the Arts) and that their father was the same as Apollo's, Zeus.
Pythagoras (philosopher and political, religious teacher) said of these goddesses,
"When Pythagoras arrived at Croton, his first advice to the Crotoniates was to build a shrine to the Muses at the center of the city, to promote civic harmony and learning." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muses. We will see this same thought exists today.
But few weeks ago I became curious as to why Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi slipped in funding for the Kennedy Center For The Arts with $35,000,000 of COVID-19 (which is supposed to be money for people who are not working), in order to keep the Center running. I found that Pelosi has an affinity for "the Arts", and the Kennedy Center, as well as being one of their trustees. She also views Francis Collins, the head of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in a real high esteem. What I found is that the two institutions had been working together since 2017 on a "healing" project using music as the method.
Of the Arts, Pelosi said in an article in "The Hill",
“I think the
arts will be our salvation as a country,” she tells the mag. “It’s
a place where people can do something together. Communicate. Laugh. Cry. Be
inspired."
"Tears welled up in the eyes of the actress from “To Kill a Mockingbird”
after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) glided into the party.
“I very firmly believe that the arts are going to bind Americans together,”
Pelosi declared to the actors, journalists and congressional staffers gathered
Monday night at the Oval Room restaurant in honor of the Broadway cast."
“For a moment, for a while, they’re unified in a common
experience,” she said, adding, for good measure, a paraphrase of
poet Percy Bysshe Shelley: “The greatest force for good is the
imagination.
"In response to a
question about government’s role in promoting the arts, Pelosi
talked about wanting to change the acronym STEM — which promotes science,
technology, engineering and math education — to “STEAM.”
The “A,” of course, for the arts.
And then, in welcoming remarks to the students and their teachers,
Pelosi elaborated on the power of the arts to make audiences “laugh together, to
cry together, to forget our differences, to bond together in the spirit of
creativity.”
Of Francis Collins, head of the National Institute of Health (NIH), she said at an award presentation for him and others,
“I congratulate your honorees. Dr. Francis Collins, Director of the National
Institute of Health, I think we can truly say that he is a blessing to our
country, a blessing from heaven.
“He is truly a place where science is
an answer to our prayers, where good – bringing the miracle, of really of
the bible, the biblical power to cure, to bear
on the lives of America’s families. Thank
you Dr. Francis Collins. Congratulations to you for receiving this award so
important – and to Tony Plana and to Bob Mayo,
again the issue of health
coming together with faith. It’s a – really
congratulations to you, Mr. Mayo, for the Treatment Centers of America,
Corporate Partner Award; public-private partnerships, very important.

Now according to the word of God, Science has nothing to do with the the word of God in the Bible. In fact the Word of God says this about Science, which is what Pelosi means by "health".
20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: 21 Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen. 1 Timothy 6:20-21

Now it is interesting that through the entire history of earth as seen in the Bible, God did not need science nor use science to bring about answers to prayers, nor did God use science to cure.
Now is Francis Collins a blessing from Heaven as Pelosi says? We will see as this article progresses. There is something else interesting in a broach that Nancy Pelosi wears at times as seen below.

| A friend pointed out that the broach Pelosi
wears (Mace of House of Representative Sergeant At Arms) looks like the
scepter (Sacred Tree) of the demon god Ningishzida who is called "Lord
of the good tree" which I have in another article. It is like
it.
It is a scepter of authority. It is also the symbol and staff of
the Greek god Hermes, Roman god Mercury adopted by the American Medical
Association. Ningishzida is associated with Hermes too. The Mace Pelosi wears at times is a symbol belonging to the Sergeant of Arms who maintains security of the House, and is not a symbol of the Speaker of the House, but of the authority of the House, in particular the Sergeant At Arms. The Mace was made in 1841 and was chosen by the first Speaker, Frederick Augustus Conrad Muhlenberg, who was a Lutheran minister as well as a Freemason in Philadelphia. The early founders of America were prone to selecting occult symbols of pagan gods and other symbols as part of the forming of America. Washington D.C. is full of them. |

Joining The Forces of Paganism
Am I suggesting that both the Kennedy Center For Performing Arts, and the NIH have pagan aspects to them? Yes. But also disturbing is that churches started adapting the Arts over 30 years ago via what is called "The Church Growth Movement" which has morphed into the "Post Modern" or "Emerging Church" of today. It was started primarily by Willow Creek Community Church in Illinois and their former pastor Bill Hybels. He introduced thousands of churches to using drama, dance, and music, to attract "seekers". Hybels recognized the occult power of the Arts back then.
According to Bill Hybels, drama and music can lower a person's resistance to persuasion, which enabled him to seductively communicate the message. An article and interview with Hybels said,
"Hybels also incorporated rousing music and drama to reach people at an emotional level."
Hybels said of
this;
'A person's resistance to
persuasion is very high when spoken to... but very low when exposed to
drama and music. We communicate truth through the back
door. People don't even know it's happening.' "

Bethel Church in Redmond, CA has been into this for a number of years. One of their members, a scientist, went to Sedona, AZ (A New Age gathering center) to learn from these followers of ancient pagan religions concerning the use of sound, musical vibrations to effect people. More on this later.
And so the Arts; music, drama, dance, poetry, pictures, sculptures, etc are being used to persuade people in some way to a way of thinking what the drama, dance, pictures, or music wants to project upon the recipient. It is the replacement of Words to manipulate a person's mind using images, aesthetics, and music, etc.

So this is what we see happening with the joint effort by the Kennedy Center and the NIH with their researching music for the purpose of it to be used to manipulate a person's brain in order to facilitate healing of diseases and disease prevention. Basically, using sound to alter the brain. In 2017 they had a streamed video of a day and a half conference the two entities held concerning this joint effort.
A description of the video and says,
"This workshop is the first step in a new initiative undertaken by the NIH and the Kennedy Center. This collaboration was initiated by the NIH Director, Dr. Francis Collins, and the renowned opera singer Renée Fleming. The goal of this initiative is to increase our understanding of how music affects health, with emphasis on the basic neuroscience of music and potential clinical applications."

This panel of researchers were from various universities and other entities. Many of them are in the realm of Neuroscience, Biomedical fields, with some that have backgrounds in music. Another document explained the workshop as follows

bringing together neuroscientists, music therapists, and supporters of both
biomedical research and the arts to discuss the current landscape of research on
the interaction of music and the brain as well as
how music is used as therapy. A set of research
priorities and recommendations for basic and applied research were identified
that will:
In other words, they are wanting to use music to manipulate the functions of the brain. This is scary stuff. I watched a good portion of the presentations to get an idea of what they were looking into. There were over 20 persons on the panel of participants in the discussions. Each of them presenting some of the things they were seeing in their own research concerning what was going on inside the brain when the participant in the research was exposed to various types of music and various pitches, harmonies, beats, etc.
The purpose of this panel was to see if they could, by their research, using the science of Neurology as the measuring stick, use music to affect the brain to facilitate healing in children and adults. In addition, they also had the question that they wanted answered, can music be used as, not just a healing tool, but as a preventative tool that would actually effect the mind to stop diseases. In short, music would be used to manipulate the mind. The summary of the workshop says,
"In
summarizing the workshop, Gottfried Schlaug emphasized that there is a growing
body of research showing that listening to or making music profoundly
changes the brain
by modulating cognition, emotion, multisensory, and motor networks. He described
highly trained musicians as auditory-motor athletes and suggested that changes
in their brains offer insight into functional and
structural adaptations to music.
The diverse studies described in the workshop are dramatically increasing our
understanding of how the brain interacts with music, and this understanding is
providing a foundation for promoting health and treating disease"

So what does an opera singer (Renee Fleming and Francis Collins' partner) have to do with health and the NIH? According to one bio on Fleming,
"Fleming has been an advocate for the study of the relationship between music and health, as well as the utility of music in neuroscience research.
In 2016, Fleming was appointed Artistic Advisor for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. In this capacity, Renée has spearheaded Sound Health, a collaboration between the Kennedy Center and the National Institutes of Health. Sound Health has brought together leading neuroscientists, music therapists and arts practitioners to better understand the impact of arts on the mind and body. In Sept. 2019, the NIH announced a commitment of $20 million to support research projects to explore the potential of music for treating a wide range of conditions resulting from neurological and other disorders.[115]
In 2017, Fleming and Dr. Francis Collins, director of the
National Institutes of Health, had published a joint article in the Journal of
the American Medical Association on music and health."

The "Sound Health" website says,

Renee Fleming says on this site,
"If people understood the power of arts in our lives, it would affect the way we make arts accessible to everyone."
Francis Collins also says,
"There is so much we still don’t
know about the effects of music in health broadly, and this partnership
aims to explore this uncharted territory."

That's a lot of money to be spent on a practice he calls "uncharted", but actually was done long ago in Mesopotamia as seen in Daniel 1 and 3. Is it the same? It certainly appears so. And how is it that a singer is spearheading a health venture to combine the arts with neuroscience? It is because it is nothing more than ancient sorcery. And as noted, it is not uncharted as Collins says as we will see.
Archaeoacoustics
What I found is that there is an actual "science" called "Archaeoacoustics" in which researchers have been looking into the the past on the effects of music and sound vibrations may have on the body and mind just as this NIH workshop suggests. For instance, an article in one research project in the acoustics in ancient cave temples said this,
"...During testing, a deep male voice tuned to these frequencies stimulated a resonance phenomenon throughout the hypogeum, creating bone-chilling effects... Archaeologist Fernando Coimbra said that he felt the sound crossing his body at high speed, leaving a sensation of relaxation. When it was repeated, the sensation returned and he also had the illusion that the sound was reflected from his body to the ancient red ochre paintings on the walls...
"...Laboratory testing indicates that exposure to these particular resonant
frequencies can have a physical effect on human brain
activity.
In the publication from the conference on Archaeoacoustics which sparked the
study, Dr. Paolo Debertolis reports on tests conducted at the Clinical
Neurophysiology Unit at the University of Trieste in Italy: "…each volunteer has
their own individual frequency of activation,
…always between 90 and 120 hz. Those volunteers with a frontal lobe prevalence
during the testing received ideas and thoughts
similar to what happens during meditation, whilst those with occipital lobe
prevalence visualized images." He goes on to state
that under the right circumstances, "Ancient
populations were able to obtain different states of
consciousness without the use of drugs or other chemical substances.."

it's clear that Ħal Saflieni's builders knew how to
manipulate a desired human psychological and physiological
experience,

Archaeoacuostics? Yes. As well as seeing that "Acoustic
stimulation" was part

Another article on the use of music in ancient times said,
"Music as played or sung, however imperfect,
was but an attempt to develop, discover and express a harmony within the body
and soul of the player. This in
turn was but a method whereby the individual could align her soul with the
harmony of the universal vibration, thus bringing about
health to the individual and harmony within society. There was an
enormous ethical aspect to music theory among the ancients, who believed that
certain arrangements of tones could help to create health within the
person—psychological and spiritual health as well as physical health—that in
turn would benefit society."
This sounds like Nancy Pelosi's as well as the NIH and the Kennedy Center's view of what music is for. It is all ancient occultism that is being promoted by what is called "Neuroscience" and the Arts.
Is the NIH involved in the research of the Pythagoras involvement in this occult geometry of music? Yes again, as seen in the below article from the NIH web page.

Dissonance.
In sixth century BC, Pythagoras discovered the
mathematical foundation of musical consonance and dissonance. When
auditory frequencies in small-integer ratios are combined, the result is a
harmonious perception. In contrast, most frequency
combinations result in audible, off-centered by-products labeled "beating" or
"roughness;" these are reported by most listeners to sound dissonant...
...Our findings integrate a new element into the existing theoretical models of consonance, thus providing a computational account of consonance in terms of dynamical systems theory. That's a scientific mouthful. But what is really intriguing is what is found in an article on the American Association For The Advancement Of Science website that indicates that what happened in Daniel 3 just may be the use of musical sound to manipulate a persons thinking. In speaking of a subject of a 2012 meeting titled, "Archaeoacoustics: Did Ancient Civilizations Use Acoustic Design To Create Powerful Ritual Spaces?" it says,
"Archaeoacoustics combines archaeological and acoustical sciences to
discover and possibly recreate the auditory experiences
of listeners at ancient sites... (Like
perhaps the valley plain where Dura is in Daniel 3?)
...Recent archaeoacoustic discoveries suggest that sound at
ritual sites in
particular may often have been deliberately engineered for emotional and
cognitive manipulation. The design skills that would have been required
are impressive, even by modern standards. If this is the case,
ancients were more attentive to sound than
archaeologists have realized."

As I noted previously in this article, two members of Bethel Church, Redding, CA did studies on what the New Age gurus had "learned" about music and sound. They, like these in government, sought to combine "science" and "religion" in using sound to manipulate one's thinking. They wrote a book about it which was endorsed and commented on by most of the leadership of Bethel. Of interest though is a comment made in this book by one of the authors, Judy Franklin about a future coming "sound".
In Chapter 1 titled The Power of the Zero Point Field (Quantum Physics scientific term and theory) she says,

Only if you have been taught the ways of the Chaldeans of this present age and groomed so that some type of sound or art image will key an immediate response. I find it interesting that in the practice of "Mindfulness" as taught by the occultists in the large health business, Kaiser Permente, that each session begins with a sound of a bell, or a tone. It also ends with one in which the participants can then "return" to the room.

Preliminary Summary
In a preliminary summary what we can see is that the NIH and the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, as well as are numerous health related institutions, are deep into the sorcery of occult of ancient religions in this. As seen in some other articles, this is the source of medicine from long ago with the ancient gods like Zeus, his son Apollo and his son Asclepius and Hermes as the originators. The images and symbols of the gods of the health system alone declare it.
Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 3:18-21
18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. 20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. 21 Therefore let no man glory in men.
Paul also said in 1 Corinthians 1:19-21
19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. 20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
Other Dark Sides of The NIH
Research On Aborted Fetuses
In addition to this involvement in sorcery, the
NIH has another dark sides. While being categorized as an atheist turned
Christian, the head of the NIH, Francis Collins, was using the NIH to perform
"biomedical"
research using aborted fetuses. Francis has the view that it is alright to
combine science and "faith" or religion. Again, we see this also
happening in the "Church". Prior to President Trump cutting the funding
for this and prohibiting federal researchers from performing this
research, Collins attempted to get 20 million dollars more funding for it.
It was the god Molech that Israel sacrifice their children to after adopting it
from the surrounding nation. He has been the
head of this federal department under several Presidents.

While Collins sought to justify his use of fetuses and combining this "science" with God, God many times condemned it and in Jeremiah 32:34-35 he showed his distain for it as his own people were accepting it. God said,
"34 But they set their abominations in the house, which is called by my name, to defile it. 35 And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin"
Yet, this abomination is considered part of the "health" system as a "science" which caused God's own people to sin. It is interesting that Nancy Pelosi praises Collins and calls him a "blessing from heaven" while his department is conducting research on aborted fetuses in opposition to God. Yet, even her own Catholic religion opposes abortion. Such it is with people who do not know God, or just don't really care.
NIH Working With The Dalai Lama
In 2014 the NIH hosted the spiritual leader of Tibetan Buddhism the 14th Dalai Lama, at an NIH annual lecture titled "The Role of Science In Human Flourishing". It was moderated by NIH head, Francis Collins. Now keep in mind that Collins says he is a born again Christian. Yet when he introduced the Dalai Lama he referred to him as "His Holiness" (a title) and noted that he was considered to be, at the age of two, the reincarnation of the previous or 13th Dalai Lama.

Collins also noted that the Dalai Lama's website promotes tolerance and religious harmony, and called him the "moral voice for all humanity". One would wonder where Jesus went with this person who says he is a Christian. It would appear that Jesus took a back seat to another anti-Christ personage.
Collins also noted that the Dalai Lama received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1986 and in his speech he noted there is no contradiction between science and religion. Recall this is also the view of Collins. Collins also said the the Dalai Lama hosted the "Mind-Life Conferences" which was attended by religious leaders, scientists, philosophers and that it had other things he said the the NIH is interested in. Collins further said that the NIH is trying to understand "consciousness" as seen in Buddhism.
In Buddhism, meditation is seen as the way to manipulate the "consciousness" or mind. He calls this meditation, "Mindfulness". This is a term we see used in schools, churches and other institutions using for the occult practice of visualization; which is witchcraft.
Within the NIH is a sub department called the National Center For Complementary and Integrative Medicine (NCCIM), formerly called the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM). According to their department head, Josephine Briggs, the name "Alternative" was changed to "Integrative" because it best described that NCCIM viewed these occult practices, not as an "alternative" medicine to traditional, but that they were now "integrated" with what is considered "medicine" today.
The occult, the witchcraft of Eastern mysticism and other ancient religions is now mainstream according the government health experts. Briggs wrote about her encounter with him.
The NCCIM is also doing research in trying to integrate music and health to manipulate the brain. In 2013 the NIH had another lecture called "Exploring the impact of music on brain function" given by an associate professor at Tufts University, Aniruddh D. Patel. The description of the lecture video says,
"NCCAM Integrative Medicine Research Lecture Aniruddh (Ani) Patel, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Tufts University. Dr. Patel"s research focuses on how the brain processes music and language, focusing on what the similarities and differences between the two reveal about each other and about the brain itself. He has pursued this topic with a variety of techniques, including neuroimaging, theoretical analyses, acoustic research, and comparative studies of nonhuman animals...Dr. Patel will examine what measurable impacts musical listening and musical training have on the human brain, and what neurobiological mechanisms support these effects. In 2015 Briggs gave a lecture at The Chopra Foundations "Sages And Scientists" forum on "Science and Meditation". Deepak Chopra is a New Age globalist and advocate of alternative medicine and was into Transcendental Meditation, a meditation method started by Marharishi Mahesh Yogi who was well known in the 1980s. In 2013 Dr. Nora D. Volkow, the Director of the National Institute of Drug Addiction (NIDA) went to India and met with the Dalai Lama to discuss drug addition with him at his Mind and Life Conference on Craving, Desire and Addiction in Dharamsala, India. A description of this conference on the Dalai Lama's web site says,

For those of you who are into the "Contemplative" meditation things of the likes of Richard Foster and like minded people, please note that the source of these types of practices originate with of those like the Dalai Lama and have nothing to do with Christianity. In fact, in the segment with Volkow as seen in the above right photo, even the Dalai Lama told Volkow that "Mindfulness" meditation will not reverse any brain damage. He said that brain damage caused by drugs is "karma". In other words, you are paying for what you have done. He blamed a "materialistic society" for drugs. The Dalai Lama told Volkow that if he had that kind of brain problem, he would go to her for help. He said that "Mindfulness" meditation must happen before damage is done; otherwise it will not have an effect. Interesting. But God does not have any limits. He noted that in order to prevent the drug problem, people have to be educated in religion to have some hope and a way to stop "the flood waters" before they come. He of course was speaking of Buddhism, which our health "experts" are turning to and have incorporated or as they say "Integrated" into "medicine".
The Dalai Lama told her that there is too much emphasis on things like, "my nation", "my religion", etc saying that thinking must be about "Oneness" of everything on the planet. So here we have a most similar institution that existed in ancient Babylon as seen in how those involved in the health fields of the U.S. government are into the practices of those times and seeking answers and help from the ancient pagan religions. It is truly amazing what is prophetically going on. Solomon said in Ecclesiastes 1:9-10
9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. 10 Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.
And so it is with the NIH joining with the Kennedy Center in attempting to do what already was known in ancient Babylon with trying to use the Arts, in music, to alter the brain to bring about a desired effect. We need to understand the future implications of this in how it can be used as it probably was in ancient Babylon; to bring about a one world harmonious religion, economy, government, and thus facilitate worship of an image of the Beast as seen in Revelation 13. Nebuchadnezzar's image was made with the dimensions of the numbers 60 x 6. The only number missing from his image back then is 600.
But the bottom line with these doctors and researchers of the NIH and the sub departments of them, is; are they trustable? Not from a Christian standpoint just seeing what the pagan religious thinking and methods they are seeking apart, and even contrary to God. These government "experts" who councel our leaders are like the Chaldeans, the occult wise men of Babylon and the sorcerers in Pharaoh's court. They do not seek God, but their own minds or those of the occultism and globalism of the likes of the Dalai Lama.
We need to be like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah and not listen to the the counselors of the ungodly whether the false in the church or the false in societies institutions. While these seek to change us and thinking to reflect their pagan gods such as they did in the names Belteshazzar, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, we should not listen to the counselors of the ungodly, but keep ourselves pure from these pagan methods the medical "experts" and false teachers try to get us to submit to. Let us keep the names that God gave us on the inside as Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah kept theirs in their hearts that reflect him.
